Fall Guild Party 2015
Our next Guild Party is scheduled for Saturday, September 26. You may come anytime after lunch. We will be playing games of all sorts and generally goofing off.
Potluck dinner at 5pm with announcements immediately after.
The General Women's Conference is at 6pm. Beth is planning on watching. Mike will be playing games. You may join whomever.
If you have any desire for earning titles or advancing ranks: Quests are to be reported no later than Tuesday September 22 (last day of Summer). The google spreadsheet is the preferred method, but if you have difficulty with that, send an email to one of the Grandmasters.

Guild Summer Campout 2015
Spring Quarter ends June 20! All Quests need to be reported by then!
We are going camping for our Guild Party. We will be going to one of the state parks near here. We are looking at Jordanelle, Rockport or East Canyon. We haven't decided which one yet. Will let you know as soon as we decide.
June 25-27 are the dates. Check-in is after 3pm and we need to check out by 2pm on Saturday. It will cost $12-16 per vehicle per night; carpool if you can. Each site maxes at 8 people, and typically has a 12x12 ft space for tents. We will likely choose a hike-in, tent only site (cheaper). The hike-in will be less than a mile. If you come for day only there will be a $7-10 entrance fee to the park.
We need a headcount of who is planning to go, and which days/nights planning to be there.
Friday, June 26 will be potluck dessert. Provide your own food for the rest of it, though I'm sure no one will complain if you want to share.
For those who wish to join the Guild at the camp-out, your initiation quest will involve something at camp, probably KP.
Guild announcements will be done when we have the most bodies, either Friday night or Saturday morning.

Updates to Spreadsheet
Made a few changes in the Quest Log.
Merged 'Construct' and 'Restore.' Now, both under 'Construct'.
Added new tab, 'Doctor'. Many members of the Guild have had to deal with unpleasantness in the doctor's office, so we added it to help us feel better about going.

Writer's Group
We would like to establish a writer's group with monthly meetings to discuss and critique what we've written. We will also have writing instruction in each meeting.
Some will be read in meeting, some will be taken home to be read for the next meeting, depending on length and style. Any style of writing is welcome: Poetry, Play, Film, Short Story, Comic, Novel, Picture, etc. If writing novels or scripts, please start at the beginning and bring 20 pages or less at a time.

Looking ahead: Next Guild Party will be a Camp-out! June 25-27. Come for all 3 days or just one (as your schedule allows). If you know of a free campground in the Salt Lake or Provo areas, please post on this blog.
